OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please be sure to review our conditions prior to placing an order or paying an invoice.
You are agreeing to these “Terms & Conditions” made by & between the client and TubeBanners upon purchasing any product or service.


PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Payments are made via PayPal with your debit/credit card through TubeBanners.com unless an invoice has been sent personally for payments! Projects will not be started until 100% of your project cost is paid in full, no exceptions.

Please keep in mind that all prices listed on our website are subject to change at any given time. Prices may differ as well if the client asks for a special request, that is when a personal invoice will be sent for payment.

ORDER PROCESSING/REVISIONS

When the client orders a service after the payment processing page they will see an option for submitting the order requirements. Everything we need for starting the order will be clearly written there. The client is responsible for submitting us any content as far as photos, videos, wording, correct spelling, and ideas needed for project creation unless stated otherwise and agreed upon between the Client and TubeBanners.

Once a project has been finalized, all rights will go to the client. TubeBanners will deliver the final files to the clients’ email address (That they used for ordering the service).

DELIVERY/TURNAROUND TIMES

The client is responsible for filling out the project design form and attaching any necessary files for project completion upon purchasing. A project delivery time will set from the time of the client’s requirements submission date.

TubeBanners hereby agrees to create the requested project design for fees agreed upon. TubeBanners agrees to produce said project by the deadline/turnaround time given as long as the client provides the requirements needed.

Sometimes it may take some time to respond to your email/messages. If you’re trying to contact us via email or any social media platform, please allow up to 12 hours for a response.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
  • TubeBanners will only provide a refund within 6 hours of purchasing. After this 6 hours period, a refund will not be given, no exceptions.
  • If any type of dispute is made during the project process, the order will be canceled, the client will not receive said projects.
  • After project completion, No refunds will be given under any circumstances. But the client can always contact us for minor changes within 30 days of the service order date.
DISCLAIMER
  • A client is not able to request the same exact design as another client. Any design the client may like or be interested in may be used as a reference. TubeBanners creates each and every project individually with its own uniqueness.
  • TubeBanners may share the final design image with a mockup on its social media & portfolio section. If the client doesn’t want to share their design they have to tell us.
